Submit a Copyright Claim

DMCA Claim Requirements

To process your DMCA claim, it must include all of the following information:

  1. A comprehensive description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, list all.
  2. The URL to the material infringing your copyright (e.g., URL of a website or post, including title, date, and name of the emitter).
  3. Proof of right, proof of ownership, or license (provided by Government organizations like copyright.gov.in), including all supporting documents.
  4. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right under copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  5. The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
